Training: ‘Combatting Social Exclusion through Theatre of the Oppressed’
From 2 till 11 July U Move 4 Peace organises together with 3 partners from Chechnya, Israel and the Netherlands a training on using the method of ‘Theatre of the Oppressed’ to combat social exclusions. The partners are Critical Mass, Sadaka Reut and Sintem.
The training will be held in the Netherlands. A total of 32 youth, 8 from each country, will gather to learn the method. All of those youth are already active or will become active within the different organisations to develop projects with this method in their own community or on a international level.
The international dimension in this training will strengthen the learning process of the participants. They will witness in practice how the method works in an intercultural setting.
